Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website or by contacting our sales team.
Order confirmations are made via call during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) only.
All prices are listed exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added depending on the destination and order size.
Ease reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and your location. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
Any delays caused by third-party logistics, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond Ease’s control.
4. Warranty & Support
Ease products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and failures under normal usage during the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Alteration or removal of the product’s serial number.
Damage caused by external electrical faults, viruses, or third-party software.
Loss of data, software, or removable storage media.
Transportation-related damage.
Technical assistance (such as installation guidance, troubleshooting, and setup support) is provided without additional warranties.
Returning a product to Ease or an authorized service center does not guarantee free repair; warranty validity will be verified.
5. Data & Privacy
Ease is not responsible for any personal, confidential, or proprietary data stored on products returned for repair or replacement.
Customers are responsible for backing up and removing all personal data before sending in their product.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business opportunity.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Returns & Refunds
